1. Why was my order cancelled?

 

Ans: Double check your payment method, your transaction may be unsuccessful due to payment method or insufficient funds, therefore your order was cancelled.

 

  1. How do I cancel my paid order?

 

Ans: contact us immediately, using email orders@africansculptures.co.za (Remember to include your order number in your email). Kindly note, we will charge you cancellation fees.

 

  1. How do I return my purchase?

Ans: You can kindly send us an email at orders@africansculptures.co.za to let us know about the return and courier the sculpture to the following address:

Please note that we do not pay for return courier.

Ans: yes. Our price are inclusive of VAT.
